Who I AM
I am an engineer by training (MEng) and an industrial leader by trade, with over 13 years of experience running high-stakes P&Ls for global giants like Ford, Caterpillar and Donaldson.
My career has been defined by discovering problems and solving them. I’ve led turnarounds that delivered $10m in operating profit swings, scaled product lines by multiples year over year and delivered target smashing sales measured in the billions. I understand the shop floor because I’ve lived on it, and I understand the balance sheet because I’ve owned it.

My intent
I am currently seeking to partner with owner-operated manufacturing businesses in the South of England that are approaching a leadership transition. My approach is distinct from a traditional sale: I engage early to understand the operational DNA of the business and the culture and vision the founder / owner has curated.
The Goal: To ensure a seamless transition of leadership where the legacy of the business is protected, the workforce is empowered through a renewed and vetted vision of the future, and the customers continue to receive the same trusted service.
